There’s a lot more to selling on eBay than just making money to live on or to supplement a current income. With people living longer and the retirement age moving ever upwards, it could be a long time before you receive your State Retirement Pension and you might still have many years to live while depending on the State’s paltry handout. If you’re going to survive and enjoy retirement, or even retire early, it’s down to you, not the government, to determine what quality of life you’ll enjoy when your JOB (Just Over Broke) days come to an end. You could join a pension scheme, start your own savings plan, get a part-time job and keep your entire earnings to help out in retirement. Or you could look to ‘Alternative Investments’ to brighten up your Golden Years.
